Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms do not use this facility.
All payments are subject to the following conditions:-
• It is important that care is taken when using the online facility to ensure that you provide the correct information. To facilitate this, the payment system requests that you confirm correctness of data prior to proceeding to the next step.
• The hospital cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the hospital due to you quoting incorrect card details or personal details or invoice number. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit card supplier for any reason.
• Any payment made by the customer after accepting the terms & conditions stated herein, will not be refunded due to any reason whatsoever.
• Online payments of fees can be made by credit /debit cards. These payments are collected by the Service Provider on behalf of the hospital. The transaction is received and validated by the Service Provider. The user making the application will get an immediate notification to confirm whether or not the card validation was successful. One the transaction is successful you are requested to keep the generated digital receipt and if requested by the hospital the said receipt should be produced for verification.
• If the card supplier declines payment, the hospital is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
• In no event will the hospital be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
